Plan Documents
Upon approval of the owner or members, a detailed set of construction documents are developed that carefully outline the proposed work. As with a new course, the first step is to complete a new contour plan (grading). Existing courses, however, require an area of disturbance plan with the work limits clearly defined. It is often necessary to identify the entrance points onto the golf course for work.
It is important to develop a construction manual that has a bid form, technical specifications, AIA general conditions and appropriate forms for submittal. These documents are carefully studied on site and in our office to ensure all of the details are identified before the work begins.
All of the plans are developed in an AutoCAD format and are provide to the club on CD to be analyzed by the club and its engineer.
